Shipment and pickup

We try our best to ship all the products you ordered within 24 hours after you place your order and we accept your order. The China Market team will try its best to deliver the product to you within 2-3 days by Turkish express company Yurtiçi. 

The tracking number will be sent by announced email once China market team fulfill your order .

 

China Market is insured for the delivery of each Order until the ordered Products are delivered to you or you take delivery of the ordered Products. At the time of delivery, you will be required to sign the product receipt confirmation, indicating that you are responsible for the products you have ordered from now on. If the consignee or recipient is not the original buyer, or if the gift was sent, you accept the receipt as evidence of China Market delivery and fulfillment of your order. You also accept the transfer of responsibility in the same manner. 

Return and exchange policy

 

This return and exchange policy applies to goods purchased in Turkey.

 

It is consistent with the operation policy of China Market stores

Any customer, if the violation of the China market products operating policy, the abuse of China market return policy (including but not limited to, according to the customer after buying high-frequency return), or engage in inappropriate behaviour (including but not limited to, unfavourable information spread to China market), or engaged in illegal behaviour (including fake China market brand goods), may need to undertake the following consequences:

 

 

• The Customer may be blacklisted in China Market and its future patronage may be rejected;

 

 

• The customer's request for return or replacement may be denied;

 

 

• If the customer is a member of the Site, he/she and other members living at the same address with him/her may be disqualified.

 

 

The determination of whether Customer violates the Commodity Operation Policy of China Market, abuses the Policy of Refunds or Exchange of China Market, or engages in improper conduct shall be made at the sole discretion of China Market, and the decision shall be final. The suspected illegal behaviour will be referred to the Legal Cooperation Department of China Market for further investigation and action.

 

 

 

Return 

This policy applies to online purchases unless otherwise stated.

 

Subject to the following conditions (conditions for sale, excluding excluded items), you may receive the goods (purchased from the website), exchange them (subject to stock) or return them:

 

(1) Complete and returned with merchandise;

(2) Returns or replacement of goods other than those received (purchased through the website) may be accepted, subject to the sole discretion of China Market.

Conditions for sale

 "Conditions for sale" Goods are unworn, unused, unmodified and in the same condition as they were originally sold. The goods are not damaged in any way.

 

The decision of whether a commodity is ina saleable condition depends entirely on the judgment of China Market alone, and the decision is final.

 

As for the return or exchange of goods purchased online, if China Market receives an unacceptable return or exchange, the customer will send the goods to the customer at his own expense.

 

Exclude items 

The following items to return or exchange will not be accepted, namely, fresh food, purchase vouchers indicating "no refund", "no returns no exchange" unique or fragile goods, buy vouchers indicating "no returns no exchange" pre-sale, sale, or old inventory goods, or perishable goods, including conditions do not have to sell food (" exclude items ").

 

The only exceptions allowed in the case of exclusion of articles are defective or damaged articles (" Defective Goods "). In this case, the goods will be returned to the supplier, or an independent evaluation will be conducted by a third party to determine whether the goods are defective. Goods damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered defective. If the goods are determined to be defective, the customer is entitled to a full refund, in appropriate cases, at the sole expense of the supplier. China Market will use its best efforts to ensure such refund on behalf of the Customer, but China Market will not be liable for any defective items provided by the Supplier, no matter how such liability arises.

 Return of defective merchandise

 For online purchases, customers should immediately contact China Market by phone or email to the customer service team for any defective items. No shipping charges will be charged for defective merchandise. China Market reserves the right to request photographic support of the defective merchandise before agreeing to return it. If required, the Customer shall sign a waiver indicating that they accept that the China Market will not be responsible for the defective merchandise and submit it to the Supplier for inspection or to an independent third party for evaluation.

 

China Market will pay the refund of the original purchase amount of the defective product directly to the customer on behalf of the supplier of the defective product, and the original purchase amount will be refunded to the credit or debit card used by the customer to purchase the defective product. Cash refunds are not available.

 

 

Exchange

In addition to excluding items, customers are allowed to exchange items for similar products based on available stock. If similar products are not available, consider products from other suppliers. If the customer chooses the product with a lower value than the original one, the extra price will be returned to the customer in the form of member credits, and the less price will be borne by China Market.

 

For the replacement of the Goods purchased online, the Customer agrees to be responsible for the freight of the Goods delivered to China Market and China Market will bear the freight of the Goods delivered to Customer.

Gift exchange

 Based on the following conditions, the goods purchased as gifts can be replaced or returned within 7 days of receiving the goods (purchased through the website) :

(1) Complete and returned with the gift;

(2) Show the receipt of the original gift;

(3) The gift is "on sale condition"; and

(4) Gifts are not within the scope of "excluded items".

 

Returns or replacements beyond 7 days after receipt (in the case of online purchases) may be accepted, subject to the sole discretion of China Market.

 

Gifts do not support any form of refund.
