Seafood Tom Yum Kung Noodle

Thom Yum Kung is Thailand's "national soup", but it is popular in Southeast Asia. In Thai, Dong Yin means sour and spicy, while Gong refers to shrimp. We often see a layer of red floating soup noodles, is from the shrimp head boiled for a long time, floating out of the shrimp paste.

1- Handle the ingredients
Clean the mussels and remove the bones of the cuttlefish larvae. Remove the string from the back of prawns. Remove the heads of some of the prawns.
2 - Fried shrimp head
Put a small amount of oil in the small and medium-sized hot pot, fry the shrimp heads in the pot until fragrant, fry the oil and strain out the shrimp heads.

3 - Cut the ingredients
Shred and slice the onion, cut the lemon leaves, halve the lemon, and cut the pepper into large sections.
4 - Fry sauce
Pour the cut ingredients into the wok and stir fry, then put in the Tom yum kung sauce and add hot water to simmer.
5 - Coloring
Pour coconut milk and light cream into a pan in a 2:1 ratio. Stir well and add fish sauce to taste.
6 - Cook seafood
Cook the prawns, cuttlefish, mussel , clams, squid ring and mushroom together.
7 - Boil rice noodles
Put the rice noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook. After cooking, take them out and put them into a bowl of finished products.
Tips

- Don't cook the rice noodles too long.
8-Dish up
Put the cooked seafood into a bowl and pour over the soup. Put the broccoli in the soup. Squeeze in the lemon juice and you will have the seafood Dong Yum Kung noodle.
